Stylized Water Tornado Material

Stylized water material done in Unreal. It was inspired by this concept art made by Jeanluc Kol (https://www.artstation.com/artwork/4XODY2). I didn't get to make all the secondary effects, only the main water material, so it's not a 1-to-1 replica.

Also it wasn't made for any game or isn't being sold anywhere, it's just a study!
